I’ve been working on my chocolate chip cookie recipe for my whole career. There are so many variations out there and I’ve figured what I like- not too thick or cakey , made with browned butter, salt in the cookie but not on top. I’m very happy with my classic chocolate chip cookie that is the base of this recipe, and it was the first I posted on Substack.
But, I always want to push it to be a little bit better and more interesting.
